Hotel Reservations
- Please contact the hotel directly at 800-227-1500 to make reservations, or to modify or cancel an existing reservation.
- For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved – mention Press Ganey HX25 when booking.
- The first night’s deposit and resort fee will be charged to your credit card upon confirmation of reservation.
- Space is limited, and we encourage you to make your reservation early. Hotel accommodations are not included in the registration fees.
- Friday, January 3 is the deadline to make your hotel arrangements.
ELC Conference Hotel
The ELC track will be held at Swan Reserve. A small block of rooms is available for participants of this portion of the meeting. Swan Reserve rooms have been renovated to reflect a refreshed, relaxing retreat.

Cancellations
Should you need to cancel this reservation, your individual deposit and the resort service package is refundable if notice is received at least five (5) days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.
