HX conference brings together healthcare leaders, changemakers, and innovators who are shaping the future of the Human Experience. We’re seeking bold ideas, real-world case studies, and actionable strategies that deliver measurable impact.

What we’re looking for
We’re especially interested in sessions that solve real-world problems using Press Ganey technology, data, and insights. HX attendees are interested in clear, tactical approaches and measurable results that showcase ROI and data-driven decision-making.
HX is attended by leaders and executives from across healthcare including patient experience, nursing, marketing, HR, safety, quality, and health plan member experience. Hot topics we’re looking to add to the agenda include:
- AI, technology and digital experience innovation
- Advancing patient and workforce safety with a focus on achieving Zero Harm using the Press Ganey High Reliability Platform and PSO
- Nursing strategies to deliver compassionate, connected care
- Workforce engagement and culture strategies
- Brand, reputation and consumer experience approaches
- Empowering frontline and clinical leadership to lead experience improvement
- Improving the health plan member journey, and turning experience data into Stars Ratings performance
- Patient experience strategies to elevate care quality, trust, and emotional connection
Speaker benefits
Presenting at HX conference is your opportunity to showcase your work on a national stage with access to exclusive speaker events and networking opportunities. If your session is accepted, you’ll also receive:
- Complimentary conference registration for up to two speakers per session
- Hotel accommodations at the host venue for the duration of the event up to two per session
- All attendee registration benefits inclusive of all conference meals, networking receptions, access to the Hub at HX26 and the celebration at Universal Studios
Speaker guidelines and submission notes
Please keep the following important information in mind when preparing your submission:
- Review the sample submission form to organize and plan your proposal
- Presentations are 50 minutes with 10 minutes of Q&A
- Only two presenters per session per organization maximum will be accepted
- Presentations must remain educational and non-commercial in nature
- Presentations must be received through the online form by Midnight EST on Friday, July 11, 2025
